Supporting autistic, ADHD, and LGBTQ+ adults.
Assisting neurodivergent couples.
Providing a safe space for those with complex PTSD.
Hi there! I’m Essy Knopf.
I’m here to offer a warm, supportive space where you can be your authentic self. As someone who is autistic, ADHD, and identifies as LGBTQ+, I understand firsthand the challenges of feeling isolated while trying to find your place in society.
Growing up with these experiences taught me the importance of having a supportive ally during challenging times—the kind of ally I aim to be for you.
At the heart of my work is the commitment to create a judgment-free environment where you can explore your identity and life experiences openly. I tailor each session to align with your unique needs and circumstances, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and validated.
My goal is to foster a setting where your voice is valued and your true self is honored in every aspect of our work.
